We aim to provide premium quality print products and excellent customer service. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Custom / Personalised Products
Most of our products are made to order. Custom or personalised printed items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 working days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the issue and will, at our discretion:
- Reprint the Goods
- Replace the Goods
- Issue a refund
3. Non-Custom Products
Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
