3. Products

We supply printed goods, including custom and non-custom golf-related print products (“Goods”).

All product images, descriptions, colours, and finishes are provided for guidance only. Variations may occur due to the nature of print production.

4. Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
• A contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation or invoice.
• For custom products, production will not begin until artwork approval has been received.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• VAT will be charged at the applicable UK rate.
• Payment must be made in full before production unless agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to amend prices due to changes in material costs, labour, delivery charges, or customer-requested changes.

6. Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk in the Goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Goods must be inspected on receipt. Any issues must be reported within 5 working days.

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content is the intellectual property of Clere Group Limited.

You warrant that any artwork supplied does not infringe third-party rights and agree to indemnify us against any related claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant Goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
